Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our SaaS ERP service. Your use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ERP platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all features, functionalities, and services provided through the ERP platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service signifies your understanding and acceptance of these Terms, as well as any modifications or updates that may be made from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that entity.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the ERP platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your access and use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
You may only access and use the Service for your internal business operations and for the number of users and companies permitted under your selected subscription plan. You may not:

  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other user’s use.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or networks connected to the Service.

  • Modify, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service.

  • Use the Service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or malicious code or content.

The ERP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a way that could harm the platform or its users.

3. Intellectual Property

You agree to use the ERP platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your access and use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your selected subscription plan. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission from ERP.

  • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by the ERP without restriction or compensation, and you waive any rights to such feedback to the extent permitted by law.

4. User Responsibilities

  • As a user of the ERP platform, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date.
    • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to your account to authorized personnel only.
    • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
    • Use the Service only for your internal business operations and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Ensure that all data entered into the system is accurate and lawful, and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process such data.

  • You must not:

    • Share, sell, or transfer your account or any part of your access to the Service to any third party.
    • Use the Service to transmit, store, or process any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Service or any data contained therein.
ERP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these responsibilities or engage in conduct that may harm the platform or its users.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. By using the ERP platform, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • ERP collects and processes personal and business data only as necessary to provide and improve the Service, including but not limited to account registration, customer support, usage analytics, and compliance with legal obligations.

  • We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job duties.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, we may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform, under strict confidentiality agreements.

By continuing to use the Service, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the full policy regularly for updates.

6. Termination of Service

ERP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service

  • Failure to pay subscription fees

  • Use of the Service in a way that could cause harm to ERP, its systems, or other users

  • Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. ERP may, at its discretion, delete or retain your data for a limited period as required by law or contract. It is your responsibility to export any data you wish to retain before termination. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you may not be eligible for any refund of fees paid, and reactivation may be subject to additional review or denial.
